  • Completion of Farragut Town Hall renovation

  • Replacement of synthetic turf on Fields 1 and 2 at Mayor Bob Leonard Park

  • Completion of the Advanced Traffic Management System, centralizing control of Farragut’s 26 traffic signals

  • Completion of mid-block pedestrian crossings at Turkey Creek Road, Grigsby Chapel Road and McFee Road

  • Completion of stormwater repairs at eight locations

  • National Community Survey conducted in Farragut

  • Street resurfacing on Campbell Station Road (Kingston Pike to Old Colony Parkway and Fretz Road to Ridgeland Drive), West Ashton Court, East Ashton Court, S. Monticello Drive, Four Seasons Lane, Bellfield Road, Chowning Drive, Corby Lane, Packard Lane, Briar Creek Drive, Junco Lane, Axton Drive, Burgess Drive and Vista Subdivision Greenway.

McFee Phase 4 parking lot and pavilion
  • Installation of a new permeable paver parking lot, restroom and dog park at McFee Park

  • Installation of public restroom at Biddle Farms at Farragut Town Center

  • Completion of Union Road improvements

  • Completion of Virtue Road Phase 2 design

  • Completion of interior renovation of Campbell Station Inn for use as a Farragut Visitor Center

  • Completion of improvements to walk trail and sand volleyball complex at Mayor Bob Leonard Park

  • Completion of new pickleball courts at Mayor Bob Leonard Park

  • Completion of new traffic signal at Concord Road and Loop Road

  • Completion of master plan for new park property on McFee Road

  • Completion of design for improvements to Campbell Station Road and Jamestowne Boulevard

  • Addition of adaptive technology to traffic signals at the Town’s major intersections

  • Create a tree planting list for public properties with input from the Tree Board

  • Update the Comprehensive Land Use Plan with a focus on transportation and innovative ways to provide pedestrian connectivity, streetscaping, and filling in gaps in the Town’s multi-modal infrastructure

  • Completion of Phase 1 of the Wayfinding project, which includes Gateway signage, and signs/banner for Town Center. 

  • Street resurfacing on N. Williamsburg Drive, S. Williamsburg Drive, Georgetowne Drive, Boundary Lane, Russgate Boulevard, Crofton Lane, N. Monticello Drive, Weathervane Drive, Hearthside Road, Turtle Creek Drive, Old Tavern Circle, Brooklawn Street, Everett Road (from Split Rail Farm to Oakley Downs), Ivy Lake Drive (from Cottage Stone Boulevard to Stone Villa Lane), Red Mill Lane and Midhurst (east of Foxford Drive).
