The General Fund expenditures in FY2025 are $11,173,602. The budget adequately covers the operational needs of all departments and investments in equipment, technology and other resources that allow staff to deliver services effectively. Also included in the FY2025 budget are transfers to other funds, including a $725,000 transfer to the Equipment Replacement Fund, a $5,000,000 transfer to the Capital Investment Fund, $1,500,000 to the State Street Aid Fund, $50,000 to the Insurance Fund and a $150,000 transfer to the ADA Capital Fund.

The Town of Farragut budget for FY2025 is balanced with revenues exceeding expenditures. There is no debt in the current budget. The Town has been debt free since 2001.
